Within Community Services, we have a clear vision and belief that in meeting the needs of families, a responsive and dynamic approach is needed in the way support and services are provided, 7 days a week at a time which suits you.
The Services are developed within local communities and are tailored to meet the families and individual need. Working throughout the North East, we are able to receive referrals from Professionals and Families to consider individualised plans based upon the needs and requirements of individual circumstances.
With an experienced team of multi disciplined Professionals: Teaching, Social Care, Early Years and Health, we are committed to developing the services required to support families with Autism, Aspergers and associated behaviours that challenge others.
